Adults with a mentee account send a short intro. If the mentor accepts, you talk on Health Mentors, text only, and neither of you sees the other's email address.

Or send one email introduction
Prefer email? Send a one-time introduction instead. The mentor receives your message and your email address, and any reply comes to your inbox.

- Messages stay on Health Mentors and are visible only to the two of you. We don't monitor conversations in real time; staff read one only if one of you reports it.
